I need the 2015 8889 form pdf i tried to go to the gov. Site but all forms are 2016 pls help

2015 forms can be found at the IRS website by the following process:

• go to www.irs.gov,
  
• click on Forms & Pubs (near the top),
  
• click on "Prior Year" (it looks grayed-out, but it works),
  
• search on "8889" or "8889 2015".
  

Just a note: form 8889 is automatically created by TurboTax, so if you are amending a 2015 return in TurboTax and entering data that triggers the 8889, TurboTax will complete it and add it to your tax return package automatically.

To go back and download the tax file, edit it with your tool when the whole return was done online is Crap!! I would not have gotten audited if your 8889 instructions/workflows were accurate in the first place.

Dido that - looks like I got auditted for the same, stating 8889 was not received by Turbo Tax when I filed.
