Sales Tax Deduction

I entered contract amount as cost of car purchased.  I'm getting indication that is estimated amount and I should change it in the Edit menu.  There is no option for the change in the Edit menu.

Here are the steps to edit the cost of your car in the Sales Tax deduction section:

1. Click on Deductions & Credits at the top of the screen
2. Scroll down to Sales Tax and click edit (If you don't see Sales Tax, scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid and click Show More)
3. When you get to screen "Let's Compare Your Sales Tax and Income Tax" click on "Try Sales Tax Deduction Anyway" if applicable
4. Click on "Easy Guide" and then Edit in section "Places You Lived"
5. Continue through screens until you get to "Enter Major Purchases" and make any necessary corrections to the Cost Excluding Tax, Sales Tax Paid, Sales Tax Percent boxes and then click Done
