Sales Tax Deduction 2021

As WA State Resident, we don't have a state income tax however, my 2021 local sales tax rate is 10.1%.  I am able to itemize with other deductions however I also paid for a substantial home remodel, so I paid sales taxes for labor and materials.   Can I deduct local sales taxes for BOTH building materials and labor paid in 2021?

Thanks for confirming and referencing #3.  Initially I was dismayed when my contractor informed me of WA sales tax requirement for both materials and labor.  In #3, my situation complies with a), b), and c).
