Sales Tax. Beginning date lived in state problem.

I have two states entered for sales tax.

WA 01/01/2021 through 12/31/2021 and IA 01/01/2021 through 12/31/2021. It continues to give me an error. I deleted both states and re-entered with the same trouble. If it is a duplicate causing the 366 days, where do I search for this?

How did you live in two states at the same exact time?

Married filing jointly, I live in FL and wife lives in MN, wife purchashed car and paid sales tax in MN, I purchased an RV and paid sales tax in FL.

OK, this worked for me.

First State.....01/01/21  to 07/02/21

Second State.......07/03/21 to 12/31/21

Divide the year in half!
