When will turbo tax upload form 8903 that is not related to military moving expense

I believe the IRS plans to return moving expenses for non-military in 2025. Things changed when TCJA came into play, see Law change affects moving, mileage and travel expenses. See About Form 3903, Moving Expenses

The state you moved into may allow moving expense as a deduction. Each state has their own rules. You can check here.
