What do I do if it won't let me click Child Care Provider won't supply SSN?

In previous versions we could click that they won't give ssn but in this version it doesn't seem to work.

Are you trying to work on the childcare credit before you enter your income earned from working?  The credit will not work unless you have entered your W-2 or your self-employment income first.

No, my income and everything is in. It shows me where you should be able to click it but you can't. So I can't move forward without the ssn she refuses to give.

PER IRS: you may still claim the child and dependent care credit when you're missing the provider's social security number or other taxpayer identification number by demonstrating due diligence in attempting to secure this information.

1. Revisit the Deductions and Credit section.
2. Click Update next to Child and Dependent Care Credit.
3. continue to the screen Let's get some info about your care provider 
4. Select Other then Provider refused to provide The Tax ID number.
5. Enter the care provider's information
