Turbotax search shows "Purchases of Tesla and General Motors vehicles are no longer eligible for the credit. " Is this correct?

For tax year 2022 that is correct.  Tesla and GM electric vehicles are not eligible for the EV credit on a 2022 tax return.

Also google searches show otherwise.

Tesla Model 3 (various model years): All 2023 variants of the Model 3 are eligible for the full $7,500 credit, and all but one variant from 2022 qualify. 2022-2023 Tesla Model Y: All Model Y variants (All-Wheel Drive, Long Range All-Wheel Drive, and Performance) are eligible for the full $7,500 credit...  so what is the correct answer?

Did you read that article?  Even though Google pulled up that article for it, that article is discussing the 2023 credit.
