I have a tax of $803 on line 8 of the schedule 2. It has a code of UT. Why do I have it and were do I find the codes?

Uncollected social security and
Medicare or RRTA tax on tips or
group-term life insurance. This tax
should be shown in box 12 of Form W-2
with codes A and B or M and N. Identify
as “UT.”
Hi and thank you for the information. In box 12 I have codes C, D, DD only. Does this make sense that these generated the UT code and the $803 tax?
How do I avoid it for next year?
