Issue with IL EITC Not allowing me to e-file

Can someone from TT confirm that it's a bug and provide an estimate for the fix?

Obviously this Issue has been going on a long while.  

I'm on desktop version but what I did was click the darned box & hit continue.  
Went to revisit Illinois again (credits & taxes) and it was blank and OK now! 
For kicks, I went back again to try to click the box and it yelled at me saying I'm not qualified for EITC.

I guess try that?   TURBOTAX - FIX THIS

This experience when using TurboTax has been submitted to the development team for further investigation and program updates.  As of today, there is not an estimated time frame for an update to the program.  If more information becomes available, it will be shared here.

While we wait for the fix on this IL EITC issue, can we submit the federal taxes and any tax returns for other states? (IL was not the state of residence or primary state of income).

Yes.  You can submit your federal return and any other state returns while you wait for the update for IL.

Click the box - go forward a page/section or 2.   Flag it, whatever.   Go back either to that page or the page before and uncheck it.   It worked for me.
