Problem with deluxe program for 2021 taxes

I bought the CD Deluxe program and I was inputing some of my information in already. I filled out no dependents and no one can claim me as a dependent. When I get to review it says one error and then goes to form 8818 Child Care and Dependents. I delete the form but it keeps puting it back on when I do review again. I went to personal information clicked on edit dependents and the screen comes up with "Do you have children or financial support someone". I click no. Go to review and same thing happens again. Form 8818 appears and the NO on do you have children is gone again.  The NO doesn't stay in. Is anyone else having this problem or a flaw in the program?

Sorry I should have said Schedule 8812. Not form 8818.

EVERYONE will have to answer 2 CTC questions in the Deductions & Credit section even if you did not enter any dependents ... so go back and answer them to make the error go away ...

Turbo wants to clean up two issues. One to do with child care and the other I am not sure about.  I am 86  years old and I need to talk to someone who can lead me through this problem. If I can't get some help then Turbo is a wastee for me.

As @RaifH states: In 2021, everyone is being asked to confirm that they did not receive any Advanced Child Tax Credit payments even if they are not claiming any children on their return. To confirm you did not receive any advance payments, follow these steps:

    1. In the Personal section of your return,
    2. go to Deductions & Credits
    3. Scroll down to You and Your Family
    4. click Revisit/Start next to Child and Other Dependent Tax Credit
    5. Click Continue
    6. Answer Let's start with where you spent the most time in 2021.
    7. Answer No to Did you receive any advance Child Tax Credit payments in 2021?"

    See Example here from @Critter-3

@Sundance54 please reply if this does not solve your issues
