Option is disabled for answering the question "Do any of these situations apply to you?" (Deductions & Credits for Mortgage Interest etc)

Hi, after completing the information under Your Home / Mortgage Interest, Refinancing, and Insurance, I get to the page "Home loan deduction summary" and click Done. The page after then asks "Do any of these situations apply to you?" regarding average loan balances exceeding $1 million or $740,000. It won't allow me to click on the "Yes" radio button, though the "No" seems to already be selected with a light gray button. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

It depends. It appears that Turbo Tax has determined, based off of the information you recorded, that neither one of those conditions applied in your case.
