NY IT-204-IP - Where do I enter line 51a and 51b amounts in the interview?

I have amounts in lines 51a and 51b Form IT-204-IP.  I don't know where in the NY interview they ask for this information.  Any suggestions?

According to the instructions for the IT-204-IP from this New York State website, Lines 51 and 52 – "For those credits, addback of credits, and recaptures that are not specifically listed on Form IT-204-IP, the partnership provides you with the code and your distributive share of these items. You must complete a separate credit form reporting your distributive share of the credit, credit components, credit factors, and recapture of credit for each credit listed. See the credit chart for a list of the codes for the credits and addbacks entered on lines 51 and 52.

This is listed in page 4  of the publication.

The codes they are referring to are listed in a chart at the bottom of the page. Hopefully this information helps.

NY IT-204-IP - Where do I enter line 51a and 51b amounts in the interview?

Thank you for the answer and I'm good for entering the amounts into the interview.  My only other question is that I've now come to a section that states: Looks Like You Need To Attach a PDF.  We'll Walk You Through The Steps To Attach It To Your Return.

Is TurboTax supposed to download the completed forms for me?  It's looking for IT-636 and IT-644.  When I click on the Browse Button, I'm not seeing either of these forms or anything else that TurboTax is downloading to me.

How do I get these PDF forms?  Thanks very much.

Box 51 is dividend credit. The US does not have a dividend credit and ordinary dividends are basically taxable dividends.  I'm not sure what Box 52 is.  The other forms will have to be downloaded manually.

NY IT-204-IP - Where do I enter line 51a and 51b amounts in the interview?

I received a form IT-204-IP but I can't get Turbotax Premier to walk me through it or even show it as a possible form. Do you know how I can make that happen?
