You need to delete the medical expenses worksheet and re-enter the expenses. That will allow you to continue.
This is a problem that happens for some users that TurboTax is aware of and is investigating.

Please send a diagnostic copy of your tax return to TurboTax so they can investigate this problem. In the diagnostic copy, all SSN, names, addresses and other personal info will be replaced with generic info.

deleted worksheet and started over Did not work, Still reverts to revisit. Sent a diagnostic report Token #1076718
After you see the needs review message, click on update and walk through all of the medical entries. The needs review message went away after we did that. Try that.
And there was an error message for the W-2 from the school about $0 in Box 10 for dependent care. That should be blank with no entry.
Let us know if following the steps above for medical works to remove the needs review.
