Is there any provision for getting the Domestic content and Energy Community Credits?

You can find instructions related to domestic content and energy community provisions in the Instructions for Form 3468.  See also Form 3468. 

Credits claimed on Form 3468 must be reported on Form 3800.  The TurboTax section in which Form 3800 credits are reported isn't available yet, due to recent tax law changes.  However, when it's ready, you'll follow this path to enter in TurboTax Online:

1. Select Tax Home in the left pane
2. On the Hi, let's keep working on your taxes! screen, select the dropdown to the right of Income & Expenses
3. Select Start, Pick up where you left off or Review/Edit, as appropriate
4. Scroll down and select the  dropdown to the right of Other Business Situations
5. Select  Start or Revisit to the right of Business Credits
6. Select  Start next to General business credits on the Other Business Credits page and begin entering your information

According to the availability tool, they are available.  Have you updated your TurboTax software?  To do so, click Online at the top of the screen, then select Check for Updates.
