I have an HSA, i did not take any distributions so i did not get a 1099-SA. There is no place to put 5498-SA. How can i continue without saying i dont have an HSA?

You don't enter Form 5498-SA on a tax return.

If you didn't take a distribution you will not get Form 1099-SA.

(If you DID take a distribution, you WOULD get Form 1099-SA and you WOULD enter that form into your TurboTax program)

Disregard questions about your HSA.
