No one can see your return or your information. You have not told us whether you filed a 2020 tax return that claimed your child as a dependent or whether that return has been processed. Does your child have a Social Security number? Where are you seeing that you "don't qualify?"

Are you asking about getting the CTC on your actual tax return---or are you asking about the monthly advance payments?
