I filed my return 3/26 with $37k in itemized deductions. Looking at my return today the itemized deductions have been changed to $30k. What happened?

Unfortunately, we can't see your tax return to to evaluate your problem.   I'll have to ask you a couple of questions.

I'm not sure what happened.

• Do you have a printed copy, or a PDF of the original return?
• Is the deduction amount the same on the original?
• Where did you see the $37K deduction?
• Do you have Schedule A that shows how it was calculated?
