You know the form is for Armed Forces reservists, qualified performing artists, fee-basis state or local government officials, and employees with impairment-related work expenses, right? If you're self employed you don't need it.

Who is telling that to you? If the program is saying that, what is the EXACT message? Are you selling the vehicle?

I added a new truck greater than 6000lb for 100% business use at the end of December. Where is depreciation captured, as a business asset or under bus. veh. expenses?
