HSA contributions - split over multiple accounts

That's very odd - 

Was this possibly part of the update? 

When I put the actual amounts, and then increase the spousal HSA by $650 ($350 on W2, $200 direct contribution, now increased to $850 Direct, for a total of $1,200) it now shows the excess is $650 as long as select the spousal account for the excess.

All seems to be working now!

Well, I am glad it is working for you. I don't know if that was a part of an update since it worked for me Wednesday evening (many updates come on Thursday)., but "All's well that ends well."
