How to resolve errors on Foreign Tax Credit Computation Worksheet not transferring to Form 1116?

Error--"Foreign Tax Credit Computation Wks: Total Incoming C/O has a value. This will require Form 1116, Schedule B, which will be available in a future product update." TurboTax finally provided Form 1116 about a week ago, but I don't see 1116 Schedule B.

Turbotax has conflicting messages on 1116 Sch. B:

* "We won't be able to e-file. . .We do support filing by mail", and

*  "Form 1116, Schedule B, which will be available in a future product update."

Which is correct? --i.e., wait for the future update, or give up and file by mail?

Form 1116 Schedule B, Foreign Tax Carryover Reconciliation Schedule will be available in TurboTax for printing on 03/10/2022 and for e-filing on 03/11/2022
