I read several threads on this subject regarding Frontline Worker Pay in Minnesota. From what I've read, Frontline Worker pay is not taxable on the state side because it it less than $600.00 and therefore doesn't need to be reported. BUT DOES need to be reported on the federal side as other income as the threads have explained.
My question, I reported Frontline Worker pay on my federal submission which obviously reduced my federal return a bit as it's taxable. But why is it also reducing my state submission even though it's not taxable as income in the state of MN?

There is a place in the Minnesota section to subtract frontline worker pay. TurboTax does not automatically your payment.
