Form 5695 - Feb 7 2024 and still not calculating credits correctly in Ttax - when can we expect the updated form?

Don't rush...we have tons of folks begging to get their e-file stopped because they received one more tax form in the mail they somehow "Forgot" about.

Yes, great Customer service - we'll update it by 2/7/24 (midnight, maybe.).  Not to mention the current pgm miscalcs using outdated info without any user notification that it's not accurate. Time to shop alternatives.

I am using 2025 TT Premier desktop and Form 5695 is not correctly calculating my specific line 29h. I have to override (red font) it with the correct value. See picture - the software is calculating either $0 or $600, depending on what I enter for values in line 25. Please provide update to software soon or response here on solution (or user error)

Can you please send us your tax file so we can take a look at it.

In order to do this, you will need to provide us a token number.

See the instructions below to get the token:

• Open your tax return in the TurboTax desktop software.
• Click on the Online menu in the black bar at the top of the screen.
• Select Send Tax File to Agent.
• Follow the instructions. A message will explain that a diagnostic copy will be made.
• Click OK to transmit.
• You will get a token number. 
• Copy this number and reply to this thread. 

If you are using TurboTax Online, instead of Desktop, go to the Tax Tools and then select Share my file with Agent.

If you are using Mac go to the Help menu and select Send File to Agent to generate your token.

5777 09955  9890  0367 is the token number, there is dash between 55 and 98. Seems like numbers in here are getting masked
