Can you please send us your tax file so we can take a look at it.
In order to do this, you will need to provide us a token number.
See the instructions below to get the token:
- Open your tax return in the TurboTax desktop software.
- Click on the Online menu in the black bar at the top of the screen.
- Select Send Tax File to Agent.
- Follow the instructions. A message will explain that a diagnostic copy will be made.
- Click OK to transmit.
- You will get a token number.
- Copy this number and reply to this thread.
If you are using TurboTax Online, instead of Desktop, go to the Tax Tools and then select Share my file with Agent.
If you are using Mac go to the Help menu and select Send File to Agent to generate your token.
