FORM 5695 FOR 2023 AND LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

2023 f5695 is final! and has been for some time.  Where is it? Your website said available today 2/7/23. You need to post dates on all your forms like the IRS does, so customers like me don't spend hours trying to "fix" an obsolete form. When I follow your instructions to update online for 2023, it doesn't and sys all my forms are up to date.

Your customer service is non-existent! When I tried to get thru on phone, there is 1 hour wait time. When I tried to have you call me, the phone rang once and disconnected me. it then attempted to make me go thru the whole thing again

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates. 

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, check for updates under the Online Tab.
