Rejected CA personal return. Here is the message.

Need help figuring out this error. Seems like others have it. If anyone figures this out please help.
I just had a customer with the same issue. We went to "fix my return" and then fix error, and it had a long note to read, it stated to re-file if none of those deductions applied to him. So we just re-filed it.
Same error - I tried re-submitting since TurboTax didn't present me with anything to actually correct.
30 minutes later my return was rejected AGAIN.
Seems like there might be a bug in the software.
There is a list of deductions that you may be able to claim on your state return. If they don't apply to you, go ahead and resubmit your return and it should go through.
