Do I need to report hired help that was hired outside the USA?

I hired help to take care of my grandmother in my home country (not the USA). TurboTax is asking me if I hired one by does not specify country. Do I still need to report it? I paid more than $6,000 in 2020 for their services. Thank you.

The hired help paid in your home country is not deductible in the US and does not need to be reported on your US tax return.
