We did a 1031 exchange last year, purchasing a Delaware Statutory Trust (DST).  For the new property, we need to calculate depreciation, and to do so need to enter amounts broken down by type and depreciable life, e.g., two Land amounts (Carryover and New Basis), two Building amounts with a 27.5 YR Life, and two Furniture, Fixture,

If you are using an online version of TurboTax, I would recommend that you switch to a desktop (installed on a computer) version of the program as the latter supports Forms Mode.

 

Although TurboTax does not really support multi-asset exchanges, you should be able to enter this transaction in Forms Mode after first entering it in the Sale of Business Property section.

Yes, I'm using a desktop version.  That's a good idea to try the forms mode, I'll give it a shot.  The step-by-step questions do not allow any such input.
