To help everyone check on the status of their payments, the IRS is building a second new tool expected to be available for use by April 17. Get My Payment will provide people with the status of their payment, including the date their payment is scheduled to be deposited into their bank account or mailed to them.

An additional feature on Get My Payment will allow eligible people a chance to provide their bank account information so they can receive their payment more quickly rather than waiting for a paper check. This feature will be unavailable if the Economic Impact Payment has already been scheduled for delivery.

if yo filed a 2018 or 2019 return, you will receive a stimulus check if you qualify. Please visit the IRS Coronavirus website for more details.

I did not file taxes 2018 an 2019 but I had done something through TurboTax that allowed me to have something in the IRS file 2 receive the stimulus package

The bank account from 2018 is closed my stimulus payment is in the account which is close what can I do know

Can i change my bank account for my stimulus payment if is already deposit to a closed account

The bank should reject the payment and send it back to the IRS.

If they have already sent the payment to the closed account you cannot make changes now.

I've done everything that I could and I just want to get my payment dang it I'm a single dad and I'm not working everyday I am trying my best to get it done

Never again will I use turbo tax they are slow at everything they do and they can't do anything right u ask a question and they don't have any answers so I will be telling everyone that they don't need to use turbo tax
