I have filed in the past HOH and claimed my daughter who is a full time college student. She lived away from home all year and paid her own way in 2019 can I still claim her. I pay for her cell phone and car insurance. Thank you

If she didn’t live with you for half the year, no.
Unless you provided half of their total support
No. You can claim a child, relative, friend, or fiancé (etc.) as a dependent on your 2019 taxes as long as they meet the following requirements:
Qualifying child
Qualifying relative
