We received $2,000 in AdvCTC payment and entered the amount in Turbotax. However, after we went to the Federal Review tab, the $2,000 AdvCTC is gone. Is this a software glitch? Thanks!

@azyang Using the TurboTax desktop editions, click on Forms. All the forms, schedules and worksheets for your tax return are listed on the left side of the screen.
When in Forms mode click on your Form 1040 to open.
You can also review the Schedule 8812, Credits for Qualifying Children and Other Dependents for how the child tax credit was calculated and the amount of advance child tax credits you entered
The Child Tax Credit is entered on your federal tax return Form 1040 on Line 28. It is added to your other tax payments, it is not a separate refund. Your Total taxes from Line 24 are subtracted from your Total tax payments on Line 33. If you have an overpayment then that is entered on Line 34 as your federal tax refund.
You can view your Form 1040 at any time using the online editions. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.
Thank you for your quick response, @DoninGA ! I really appreciate it. I followed the instruction below and but couldn't find Preview my 1040 under Tax Summary. Maybe that's because I used the the Turbotax software installed in my computer (not the online edition) and I haven't filed my tax return yet?
Is there any other way I can check and ensure those $2000 of Advanced CTC is properly captured? As you can see here: we entered $2,000 of AdvCTC (first image), but it doesn't show under Federal Review (second image). Thanks again, @DoninGA !
