No, you won't be able to claim a Home Office Deduction this year if you had no Schedule C income. You can enter your Home Office expenses, and view the calculations on the Form 8829 Worksheet.
Be sure you indicate that 100% of your Business Income was earned through your Home Office, even if you only used it part of the year.
If you use Actual Expenses (not the simplified method), the expenses will carry over to next year if you're unable to use them this year.
