Re: Blue tear drop in field

While trying to put in prescriptions expenses, a blue tear drop appears & I can't enter anything. I double clicked & the blue tear drop disappeared, but I still couldn't enter anything in that field. What am I doing wrong?

For state tax filing, how do I satisfy the state field for foreign address ? Obviously I can't choose any states from the drop down menu since those are all US states.
