they are not a federal deduction but some states allow a deduction for federal income taxes paid in the year to be a deduction for state income purposes. if you used TurboTax last year and did a transfer of info when starting 2020 that payment should have transferred to the state form but will likely be combined with other federal income tax payments during the year.
