After entering my 1095-A an amount of 6699.00 appears in my Medical Expenses section even though I have not entered any figures in that section. What is this?

Was the total of your payments minus any premium tax credits $6699? TurboTax will automatically enter your health insurance premiums in the Itemized Expense section in case you are itemizing when you enter your 1095-A as these premiums can be tax deductible when itemizing.
No, my monthly payment minus any of the figures in the total column for A, B, or C equal, 6699.
