Question answered by poster. They are not eligible for child care credit because spouse did not have net income from business.

Does the business show a profit?

Review your W-2 and their K-1 and make sure that each is listed for the correct person since each must have positive earned income for the form 2441.

1099K is a document showing amount of sales processed through a third party entity, typically a credit card company.
