You can try removing any thing that you input in TurboTax related to the property tax first and then uncheck the box or if this is a state return try removing it and starting over.
You can get to the property tax section of TurboTax by typing "property taxes" in the search bar and clicking on "Jump to property taxes".

You may also try using another browser.
Also, make sure that all updates have been run for your TurboTax program.
