Property Tax Credit

If I claim my mother as a dependent, is she still eligible to received a property tax credit/refund?  The taxes were paid out of a joint account with both of our names if that makes a difference, but I swear I read that she is not eligible to receive this refund (and cannot find it on Missouri's website again.)

Any information would be much appreciated!
