Problems entering a non-cash contribution over "various" dates

I made monthly non-cash contributions to the same charity

I would like to combine them on the same "Non-Cash Contribution Worksheet" which implies the word "various"  is a valid entry for the date of contribution. But it doesn't allow entry directly in "Forms" mode.

Using the EasyStep process, it does not allow you to enter a non date in the field

Any workaround to get this done.
