I make monthly non-cash donations of items I purchased specifically to donate.
If you look at the Non-Cash Contribution Worksheet, it implies that you should be able to enter "Various" in the field for "Date of Contribution"
But TurboTax doesn't seem to allow a non date when you are going thru the EasyStep process.
Any workarounds to get this done

Just bunch the contributions into 4 dates during the year like March, June, September and December.
Your suggestion doesn't solve the problem. If the IRS will go along with 4 entries rather than 12, why not just 1.
If "Audited", is the IRS going to complain about the multiple contributions combined and entered with a single date? If I was doing this with paper forms, I would enter "various", but on Turbo Tax I guess I will just enter 12-31-2025 for the contribution date and hope for the best
If you do not know the exact date of your non-cash charitable contribution, you can use your best estimate of the date donated.
Here is a TurboTax article that discusses Do I need a receipt for my donation?
