PA state tax will not load

Im stuck in a loop -- read the communuty posts -- looks like im not alone

--will TT fix this???

If you get stuck when trying to pay and download Pennsylvania, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies and retry. You're going to a Billing server and your connection may be blocked. Other users have used an incognito window, and disabled their anti-virus programs for a successful connection.
