"Out of State" Tax CA

Hello:

Appreciate answer for "out of state" item brought to CA that need to be filed for taxes. If I live some other states, bought certain things to use, but then I moved back to CA, do I have to report all these things I bought in another state due to I was living there and need to use these for daily living? Thank you so much!

You do not have to pay use tax for items purchased while you were not a California resident.
