Under Federal -> Deductions & Credits -> Estimates and Other Taxes Paid -> Other Income Taxes, TurboTax shows a pretty big number on the EasyStep summary page. However, when I go through the questionnaire, I say no to everything. What is included in that number since I certainly have not entered anything there.

That section is primarily for estimated tax payments and state taxes paid in 2021 from the balance due on your 2020 tax return. The summary page you refer to may be reporting the tax withheld on your wages, as reported in box 2, 17 an 19 on your W-2 form. That entry would not be in the estimated tax section though.
The Estimated Tax total is on another line, and the number in this odd Other Income Tax line does not match my withholdings either. The number also does not show up in any of the TurboTax worksheets or tax forms. Truly a mysterious number with no apparent use for the user. Confusing
Other income taxes include:
Definitely not adding up with those. Not even close. It seems to include my W-2 withholdings and then some other unknown quantities. I received a refund in 2021 for 2020 taxes, and none of the other items apply. As I mentioned in my original post, I said "No" to every item under that Visit All EasyGuide section.
You can look on your form 1040 to confirm that the proper tax withheld and paid in amounts are correct, on lines 25 and 26 of form 1040.
You can view your form 1040 while working in the online version of TurboTax by following these steps:
While working on your return in the Federal section of TurboTax:
1. Choose the Tax Tools icon on your left menu bar
2. Tools
3. View Tax Summary
4. Choose the Preview my 1040 on your left menu bar
