You're stealing from people. When I request my money back for services I do not want, it shouldn't be an issue. Maybe I didn't understand what I was looking at or simply didn't realize how MUCH I was being charged.. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to have MY money returned to ME. GREEDY GREEDY. Good for you. You got that money. But you will not get a penny of my money in the future. Nor will I refer a single person to Turbo Tax, as I have in the past.

We are unable to process the refund for TurboTax Online product Case #[phone number removed] because our Satisfaction Guaranteed policy only covers TurboTax CD/Download products. TurboTax Online is designed not to charge the customer until after they choose to file, so it is not covered under the Satisfaction Guarantee.
