On the NYC-208 form, for a two family property (owner occupied one unit) should the full or half amount of the Real property taxes paid during 2018 be entered?

On the NYC-208 form, for a two family property (owner occupied one unit) should the full or half amount of the Real property taxes paid during 2018 be entered?  

How about form IT 196 #6 State and local real estate taxes should the full amount of property tax be entered or half? #10 the mortgage interest, should half or full be entered?

Turbo Tax should answer the questions and DO THE WORK THEY GET PAID FOR INSTEAD OF DOWNSOURCING IT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS !!!  WE DON'T WORK FOR YOU INTUIT !!!
