No you cannot take a charitable deduction for waiving the jury duty fee and mileage reimbursement. You probably should have accepted the fees and then donated them back.

No you cannot take a charitable deduction for waiving the jury duty fee and mileage reimbursement. You probably should have accepted the fees and then donated them back.
