The Additional Child Tax Credit (ATC) allows you to receive a portion of your Child Tax Credit back as a refund. It is not an additional credit on top of the Child Tax Credit.
You have received the maximum credits for the ages of your children. The 12-year-old qualifies for the Child Tax Credit of $2,000, and the older children each qualify for the $500 Credit for Other Dependents (because they are each over 16 years old).
