My W2- Box 14- Deferred Retirement and some flexible spending accounts , do I need to add?

When I attempt to add all 3 descriptions for my flex accounts and the deferred retirement that is included in Box 14 of the W2 along with CASDI$0, when I get to the section of review it gives me a message stating I am over the limit and does not allow me to go forward with E-Filing. I understand under section 15-B in the IRS website it states I don't necessarily need to include some of the flex accounts because they also show on some of the other boxes, so do i need to include the information provided in box 14?

The Box 14 amounts are for Informational purposes only, but TurboTax can identify some that have income tax use (for example, the CASDI can be deducted as a state income tax).  If it is preventing you from efiling, you can exclude the ones that are not needed for other parts of the tax return.
