My ex spouse is behind on child support. Where we live the parent receiving child support gets the others refund. I have not received it in 2 years. What are my options.

I should add that the other parent only gets the refund if child support is behind. Not just because they are receiving child support.

You would need to contact Domestic Relations for your case as they are the ones who notify the IRS of the need for garnishment.

Thank you. I have not heard of Domestic Relations. I will figure out how to get in touch with them.

it may be called something different in your state.  Basically, it is the organization that declared that they had to pay child support, most likely the place you applied for it.
