My 1099-G is for a St. Louis City Tax Refund for remote work. Which category do I select?

The refunds are for tax years 2020 and 2021.

Did you itemize your returns in those years? If not, it is not taxable income.

If you did, then you will enter it as a state and local tax refunds on Form 1099-G. This is under Other Common income. Do not use the "Other 1099-G income"
