My 1099-Div from Edward Jones, Box 7 Foreign Tax Paid = $48.24, Box 8 Foreign Country or U.S. Possesion is "blank". Turbo tax "Check this Entry" wants a Country?

Is there a way around this as Box 8 is Blank?

Most likely the country is "RIC"; regulated investment company for a mutual fund or ETF.
